Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The submission file is Microsoft Word document file format.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• When typing on a computer, you must follow the formatting rules:
  
  1. The text of the article is typed in Times New Roman, 14 pt, 1.5 intervals.
  
  The letters of the Latin alphabet are typed in italics, the letters of the Greek and Russian alphabets are typed in roman type. Mathematical symbols lim, lg, ln, arg, const, sin, cos, min, max, etc. typed in font. A symbol must not merge with an over-character application.
  
  2. When writing an article, it is necessary to use a cumbersome mathematical apparatus.
  
  To set formulas, you must use the Equation 3.0 or Math Type editor. In this case, it is necessary to observe the usual sizes: text - 11 pt, large index - 8 pt, small index - 7 pt, large symbol - 14 pt, small symbol - 11 pt.
